ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – Iraqi province of Nasiriyah suffered lately from different tragic incidents. The Integrity Committee at the Iraqi Parliament requested an action from the Head of the Iraqi Commission of Integrity (CoI) Haidar Hanoun to chase up the fire incident occurred in Nasiriyah council- the Department of Properties Ownership and Landlords.

It is understood that the member of Iraqi Committee of Integrity (CoI) Walid Sahlani revealed Nasiriyah council involvement in the corruption with the files of people’s properties.
He also expressed his resentment regarding the big corruption filing in the council, fire incident occurrence at that department, and the offensiveness towards residents’ properties as well as governmental’s.

Sahlani would pass his message on to Hanoun by asking him to investigate the accident and said “Disclosing the fraudulent led to burning people’s properties paperwork in that governmental department, it must be chased up”
Dhi Qar Province’s Governor Murtaza Ibrahimi stated on Saturday “The fire incident in the Department of Land ownership and Properties is not possible to have happened with an electric shock.”
The fire incident at the Department of Properties Ownership and Landlords in Nasiriyah council caused a lot of doubts, as it happened soon after the Iraqi Commission of Integrity found out that the files of people’ properties in that department were messed with.
