ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – On Wednesday, Lieutenant General Issa Ozeir, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Peshmerga, met with Colonel Rap Brandstetter, Commander of the Coalition Forces in the Kurdistan Region, and his accompanying delegation at the Ministry of Peshmerga headquarters.

The meeting focused on the ongoing implementation of the reform program within the Peshmerga Ministry.

Key discussions centered around the reorganization and unification of the Peshmerga forces, with an emphasis on integrating various units under the Ministry's framework.

Both sides also reviewed the current status of the Peshmerga forces and explored ways to enhance the cooperation and relationship between the Ministry of Peshmerga and the coalition forces.
