Deadly hotel fire claims seven lives in South Korea
South Korea's Interior Ministry released a statement confirming the incident, noting that the cause of the fire, which took three hours to extinguish, remains under investigation.

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – A devastating hotel fire in South Korea has tragically resulted in the deaths of seven people, with an additional 12 individuals injured, three critically, according to Korean authorities.
The blaze erupted Thursday evening in a room on the eighth floor of the Bucheon Hotel, located approximately 25 kilometers west of Seoul.
South Korea's Interior Ministry released a statement confirming the incident, noting that the cause of the fire, which took three hours to extinguish, remains under investigation.
At the time of the fire, 27 guests were residing in the nine-story hotel, which houses a total of 64 rooms, as reported by Yonhap News Agency.
This recent tragedy follows another major fire in South Korea just two months prior. In June, a fire at a lithium battery factory claimed the lives of 23 people, marking one of the country's most severe industrial disasters in recent years.
