PM Barzani congratulates newly-appointed NATO Secretary General

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Tuesday in a post on X congratulated Mark Rutte on becoming NATO Secretary General.
“Sincere congratulations to my friend Mark Rutte on your appointment as @SecGenNATO,” the prime minister said.
The premier also added that he “looks forward to our cooperation on issues of mutual interest.”

Rutte is a prominent Dutch politician who served as the Prime Minister of the Netherlands from 2010 to 2023.
