ERBIL (Kurdistan24) - According to Iraq's Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC), approximately more than 70% of eligible voters participated in both special voting (Oct. 18) and general voting (Oct. 20) for the Kurdistan Parliament's sixth cycle elections.
