Iranian Consul General paid visit to Prime Minister Masrour Barzani

Rashnoudi congratulated the Kurdistan Regional Government on the success of the parliamentary general election and stressed the importance of establishing a new government.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region Government, Masrour Barzani welcomed the Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Erbil, Nasrollah Rashnoudi, on Thursday.

The Prime Minister thanked the Consul General of the Republic of Iran and wished him success in his future missions.

During the meeting, the visit by the President of the Republic of Iran to Iraq and Kurdistan Region was discussed, in the hope that it would lead to the development of bilateral relations.

Rashnoudi congratulated the Kurdistan Regional Government on the success of the parliamentary general election, and stressed the importance of establishing a new government.

He also highly valued the cooperation and coordination of the relevant authorities from the Kurdistan Regional Government with his country's consulate.
