ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) - Ahmet Davutoglu, leader of the Future Party and former Prime Minister of Turkey, arrived at the American University of Kurdistan-Duhok on Friday, where he was welcomed by Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masrour Barzani for the fifth Middle East Peace and Security Forum (MEPS 2024).
The two-day forum, running through Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024, under Kurdistan24's media sponsorship, has drawn 124 academics and experts from 40 different countries, with 73% participating for the first time. The event features multiple panels and workshops addressing current global and Middle Eastern affairs.
