"We are knocking on this door, that door, but no one is answering, it is said there are secret underground cells, underground prisoners in this jail, but we cannot find" an interviewee said "I am looking for prisoners, I was imprisoned here for 7 years"

The condition of the prison was clearly very bad, filthy, small cells, there were family members and relatives surging towards the prison, they were looking for their families who were prisoned by Assad's regime.

Rescue workers, ordinary people and Syria's white helmet were trying to dig holes in the ground in hoping to find a path or a way to the underground cells, on another side hundreds were delving through the sprawling records and paperwork all over the place, searching for inmates' names, hoping to find their loved one's names.
