PM Masrour Barzani met with Czech Ambassador to Iraq Jan Snaidauf

From his side, the Czech Ambassador to Iraq reaffirmed his country's willing for further relations developing with the Kurdistan Region in various areas.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – According to a statement announced by the Kurdistan Region Government (KRG), on Wednesday, that the KRG Prime Minister, Masrour Barzani met with Jan Snaidauf, the new Czech Ambassador to Iraq. 

It is understood that the meeting discussed the progress and constant work on the bilateral relations between the two states, also spotlight was made on the matter of the importance of swift forming of the new government's cabinet for the Kurdistan Region. 

In the statement, the Premier extended congratulations to the Ambassador on his new role as well as wished him all the success in his responsibilities.

The statement further added that, from his side, the Czech Ambassador to Iraq reaffirmed his country's willing for further relations developing with the Kurdistan Region in various areas.

The discussions in the session also covered resolving outstanding issues between the Kurdistan Regional and federal governments, assuring the constitutional rights as well as securing the financial entitlements for the region.
