ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani met on Thursday with U.S. Senators Roger Wicker, Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, and Jack Reed, during his official visit to Washington, D.C., the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) said in a statement.
The discussions centered on bolstering the strategic partnership between the United States and the Kurdistan Region. Both senators reaffirmed their strong support for the Peshmerga forces and the Kurdistan Region, highlighting the importance of continued military and political cooperation.
