Three Senior IRGC Commanders Killed in Israeli Strikes
In a statement, the IRGC announced the killing of General Mohammad Kazemi, head of the IRGC Intelligence Organization, along with his deputy Hassan Mohaqiq and senior commander Mohsen Bagheri.

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) — The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed on Sunday the deaths of three of its senior military figures in recent Israeli airstrikes, marking a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict.
In a statement, the IRGC announced the killing of General Mohammad Kazemi, head of the IRGC Intelligence Organization, along with his deputy Hassan Mohaqiq and senior commander Mohsen Bagheri. The attack reportedly struck civilian and residential areas, which Iran says resulted in "the assassination" of the commanders.
The IRGC described the incident as a “cowardly and deliberate act of aggression” and vowed that the blood of its commanders would not be shed in vain. “Our response has already begun,” the statement declared, adding that IRGC missile and drone units had targeted several intelligence facilities within Israeli territory as an initial act of retaliation.
“We will persist until the occupying army is driven to collapse,” the IRGC warned, signaling a broader response in the coming days.
The situation remains tense across the region, with heightened military alerts and diplomatic efforts underway to prevent further escalation.
