Prime Minister Barzani Congratulates Ezidis on Jama Feast
Prime Minister Masrour Barzani congratulated Ezidis in Kurdistan and around the world on the Jama Feast and reaffirmed KRG support for their legitimate rights.
ERBIL (Kurdistan24) - Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Tuesday extended his congratulations to Ezidis in Kurdistan and around the world on the occasion of the Jama Feast, while reaffirming the Kurdistan Regional Government's support for their legitimate rights.
In a message marking the religious occasion, Prime Minister Barzani wished Ezidi communities days filled with celebration, goodness and happiness.
"I congratulate all Ezidi brothers and sisters in Kurdistan and around the world on the Jama Feast, and I hope that all your days will be filled with celebration, goodness, and happiness," Prime Minister Barzani said.
He also used the occasion to reiterate the Kurdistan Regional Government’s position toward the Ezidi community.
"The Kurdistan Regional Government has always supported the legitimate rights of our Ezidi brothers and sisters," he said.
The message concluded with Prime Minister Barzani wishing the community continued happiness and extending his blessings on the feast.
"May the Jama Feast be blessed for everyone, and may you remain in happiness," he said.
The Jama Feast message was addressed to Ezidis both inside Kurdistan and across the world, with Prime Minister Barzani emphasizing both celebration and the KRG's continued support for their rights.
