Jordanian Agriculture Minister arrives in Erbil to strengthen bilateral cooperation

The visit by the Jordanian Minister is part of ongoing efforts to enhance coordination and cooperation between the Ministries of Agriculture in the Kurdistan Region and Jordan.

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – Jordanian Minister of Agriculture, Khaled Musa al-Henefat, arrived in the Kurdistan Region on Saturday evening, via Erbil International Airport.

Upon his arrival, the Jordanian Minister was welcomed by Begard Talabani, the Kurdistan Region's Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources, and Omed Khoshnaw, the Governor of Erbil.

The visit by the Jordanian Minister is part of ongoing efforts to enhance coordination and cooperation between the Ministries of Agriculture in the Kurdistan Region and Jordan.

In a previous interview with Kurdistan 24, Jordanian Consul General to the Kurdistan Region, Fuad al-Majali, highlighted the Kurdistan Region's efforts under its ninth government to strengthen ties with Jordan.

Al-Majali emphasized the "fraternal and historical nature" of relations between the two sides, noting that "the Kurdistan Region is considered one of the most stable and developed areas in the region."
