Saudi Arabia donates vital medical supplies to Kurdistan Region

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – The Kurdistan Regional Government's (KRG) Ministry of Health received a generous donation of medicines and medical supplies from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) at Erbil International Airport on Tuesday.
The handover ceremony, held at the airport's cargo area, was attended by KRG Health Minister Saman Barzanji, Director-General of Health Affairs Kawa Khalil, the Deputy Consul General of Saudi Arabia, and the head of KSrelief's Iraqi department.
During a press conference, the head of KSrelief's Iraqi department commended the KRG and its Ministry of Health for their ongoing efforts to provide quality healthcare services and their coordination with the center.
Minister Barzanji expressed his gratitude to KSrelief, the Saudi Consulate, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for their continuous support and coordination.
He particularly lauded the center for its unwavering commitment to assisting the Kurdistan Region.
