HITEX Exposition, Conference 2024 in Erbil

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – The HITEX exposition and conference starts on Tuesday, and lasts for four days in Erbil.

The Prime Minister of Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani attends the Opening Ceremony of the fifth HITEX Expo 2024 on Tuesday.

Many well-known technology companies are participating in this important event. There are variety of interesting activities take place in the expo 2024.

The Prime Minister, Masrour Barzani always encourages for the new information technology, as it plays a significant role in the nowadays life.

“A stronger Kurdistan depends on the development of technology, which I am happy to see in Kurdistan” The Premier stated

Presentations and seminars by the famous international companies, internet safety, information technology, AI, and many more interesting topics in the expo.  

The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region attends the opening ceremony of the fifth HITEX Exposition and Conference 2024 in Erbil. There are more than 150 companies participated in this event.   

The 5th Erbil International Technology Exhibition and Conference (HITEX2024) is sponsored by Kurdistan24.

HITEX 2024 is one of the largest expos in the Middle East and the first in Iraq, it is an annual even held in Erbil in Kurdistan Region, withe participating of many well-known companies.

Several senior officials from the Kurdistan Regional Government, Iraqi Government and Consuls from different countries attend the event.

The Supervisor of the Exposition HITEX 2024, Farhang Bradosti stated to Kurdistan 24 "this year, more than 150 companies from 21 countries participate in the exhibition” he added “we expect more than 50,000 visitors to our expo,"

“HITEX 2024 is a new way for businesses to grow by showcasing their latest products and services and the latest technological innovations in the world” He further stated “hundreds of local and international technology companies are welcomed to showcase their latest innovations,”

As it’s been stated that HITEX 2024 is a great opportunity for the  participants to create domestic and international network for business deals and partnerships.

During the Expo HITEX 2024, 4 days, companies interact with their customers and create direct relationships between managers and customers.

Bradosti underscored that this expo assists the tourism sector in Erbil as well, thousands of tourists from southern Iraq and the region visit Erbil every year during the four days in the expo.

HITEX 2024 distinctive feature from previous years:

1. Companies announce several new products in Expo HITEX 2024, including several new robots shown with the smartest devices.

2. The HITEX 2024 Conference will open with the participation of several influential global personalities, most of them are there for the first time in Iraq and Kurdistan.

3. The conference hall is designated in order to create a favorable atmosphere for listening to the panels.

4. This year, HITEX 2024 opened the gates to the modern technology way and a digital tunnel used as the opening ceremony.

This year, the HITEX 2024 conference is with the title (The Future Unlocked)

The conference is held under the title “The Future Unlocked” and will consist of seven panels, three seminars and two workshops. Each day will cover a specific topic,.

Including agricultural technology, artificial intelligence AI, financial technology and technology entrepreneurship.

Bradosti concluded his words “this year, we, once again, announce the HITEX 2024 Future Stars program for HITEX 2024 in a more expanding circle and with more corporate support”

It is understood that his initiative will help entrepreneurs to move forward with their work before  ten thousands of attendees.

There is a section of HITEX 2024 reserved for young project owners as well.
