ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – Colonel Lars Persikowsk, the Commander-in-Chief of the German Forces, on the occasion of extending his farewell and ending his duty in Kurdistan Region, was welcomed by Lieutenant General Issa Ozer, on Monday.
Before seeing him off, Persikowsk was rewarded By Mr. Ozer with a plaque as a symbol of gratefulness and valuing the support they received from him.
It was highlighted in the announcement that the Minister of Peshmerga Affairs stressed the need for a future plan having a joint collaboration between the Ministry of Peshmerga and the German military team in the Kurdistan Region.
