Araghchi to visit Baghdad on Friday
According to the sources, in his visit to Turkey, the Iranian Foreign Minister met with the Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Ankara, both sides discussed the regional issues, especially the Syrian conflicts.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – The Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abbas Araghchi made a series of visits to the neighbouring countries, according to Iraqi media outlets, he's set to visit Baghdad on Friday, December 6th, 2024, to discuss the latest tensions and wars in Syria as well as Middle East with the Iraqi official seniors.
In Damascus and Ankara, Araghchi stressed Iran's continuous support for the Syrian regime and people against the opposition armed groups, describing that as "part of its strategy to maintain stability and security in the region and Middle East"

Araghchi highlighted that many of the problems in the region are due to U.S. and Israeli intervention, especially in Syria, in which the return of terrorists put the country's security at major risks.
The continuation of risks and threats put the security of Syria's neighbouring countries into undesirable condition.
