ERBIL (Kurdistan24) - Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masrour Barzani met with Jan Lipavsky, the Czech Republic's Minister of Foreign Affairs, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, on Tuesday. 

The meeting focused on developing bilateral ties, particularly in economic diversification, as shared in a KRG Facebook post.

In the discussion, they emphasized the importance of maintaining security and stability in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. Additionally, the leaders exchanged views on the recent, rapid developments in Syria, according to the KRG statement.

Prime Minister Barzani is attending the WEF, where he has been actively engaging with global leaders to address the complex political, security, and economic challenges facing the world.
