ERBIL (Kurdisyan24) – In what described as the “largest intelligence blow in history,” Iran state broadcaster reported that the Iranian Intelligence Service has successfully obtained highly sensitive strategic documents from inside Israel, including files related to Israeli nuclear facilities and other classified infrastructure.
According to the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), the Iranian intelligence apparatus managed to smuggle thousand oh highly sensitive documents—some reportedly linked to Israeli nuclear projects and strategic facilities—into Iranian territory. The report claims that the operation was executed some time ago, but was made public now due to the complex logistics and security protocols required to ensure the safe transfer of the materials.
The report stated that “the sheer volume and critical nature of the documents” necessitate extensive time to examine and analyze the files, including photographic and video content. The report also asserted that the intelligence trove has been secured in undisclosed, safe location within Iran.
Arrest in Israel May Be Connected
In a potentially related development, Israel’s internal security agency, Shin Bet, along with the Israeli police, announced the arrest of two Israeli citizens, over two weeks ago on suspicion of committing national security offenses allegedly linked to Iran. Both individuals, aged in their twenties and resident of northern Israel town of Nesher, are currently under investigations.
Mo Israeli Confirmation or Denial
As of this article, there has been no official comment from Israeli authorities regarding the Iranian claims. The Israeli government has not confirmed nor denied the reported breach or the alleged volume of intelligence compromised.
