‘All Options on the Table’: Iran Warns U.S., Mobilizes Nationwide as Washington Weighs Entering War
Gharibabadi warned that Tehran’s military leadership is fully prepared. “Naturally, our military decision makers have all the necessary options on the table,” he added, underscoring Iran’s readiness to respond to any escalation involving the United States.

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) — Iran on Thursday issued a stern warning to the United States against intervening in the escalating conflict between Tehran and Jerusalem, as the country’s leadership signaled full mobilization in the face of rising tensions.
“If the United States wants to actively enter the field in favor of the Zionist regime, Iran will have to use its tools to both teach a lesson to aggressors and defend its national security and national interests,” said Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi, speaking on state television.
His remarks come amid mounting speculation over whether Washington will take military action to support its key ally Israel following Iran’s latest missile barrage, which included a strike on Soroka Hospital in Beersheba. U.S. President Donald Trump has thus far remained ambiguous about the possibility of military involvement, though he has stated, “The next week is going to be very big.”
Gharibabadi warned that Tehran’s military leadership is fully prepared. “Naturally, our military decision makers have all the necessary options on the table,” he added, underscoring Iran’s readiness to respond to any escalation involving the United States.
Meanwhile, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian addressed the nation directly through a post on X, calling for unity and calm amid the unfolding crisis.
“Dear Iranian people, I have instructed all ministries and government institutions to mobilize all their available forces, capabilities, and resources,” Pezeshkian wrote. “With your calmness and support for Iran, without any hesitation, by the grace of God and with your cooperation, solidarity, and unity, we will overcome these difficult days.”
The dual statements highlight Iran’s defensive posture while rallying internal support as both countries edge closer to the brink of broader confrontation. The war, which erupted last week with an Israeli air campaign on Iranian military and nuclear infrastructure, has since drawn global concern over the risk of a wider regional conflict.
As Iran continues to retaliate with missile and drone attacks, the international community remains on high alert. Russia, China, and several European countries have called for restraint, while diplomatic channels remain tense and largely ineffective.
With both Tehran and Jerusalem issuing stark warnings, and Washington weighing its next move, the Middle East finds itself at a volatile crossroads.
