Drones Downed Near Oil Field in Erbil, No Casualties
Two bomb-laden drones crashed near the Khurmala oil field in Erbil on Monday, causing no casualties, according to the Kurdistan Directorate General of Counter-Terrorism.

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Two bomb-laden drones crashed in the vicinity of the Khurmala oil field in Erbil province on Monday evening, but the incident resulted in no casualties, the Kurdistan Region Directorate General of Counter-Terrorism (CTD) has announced.
In a statement, the agency said that today, Monday, July 14, 2025, the two explosive drones crashed at 20:20 and 20:25.
Kurdistan Counter-Terrorism emphasized that the drones caused no casualties.
