Kurdish PhD Student’s Body Found In Dormitory Room In China

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) - The body of Mohammed Saadaddin Hadi, a Kurdish first-year PhD student at Qingdao University in China’s Shandong Province, was found in his dormitory room on Tuesday, according to information obtained by Kurdistan24.
The president of the University of Halabja has confirmed the report, saying the university is in contact with the Chinese Consulate but has not yet received official details about the incident.
According to information obtained by Kurdistan24, Hadi was a first-year PhD student at Qingdao University in Shandong Province, China.
His body was found in his dormitory room on Sept. 8.
Dr. Bamo Parwizkhan, president of the University of Halabja, told Kurdistan24:
“We have received the news and it is true, but we are in contact with the Chinese Consulate and they have not yet officially told us anything.”
