Kurdistan Region President Offers Condolences to Journalist Ahmed Zawiteyi
He prayed that God Almighty grant the late father eternal peace and surround him with mercy, while offering comfort and patience to his loved ones.

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) — Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani on Saturday extended his condolences in a phone call to prominent journalist and Kurdistan 24 TV General Director Ahmed Zawiteyi and his family, following the passing of Zawiteyi’s father.
President Barzani expressed his heartfelt sympathy and solidarity with Zawiteyi and his family members. He prayed that God Almighty grant the late father eternal peace and surround him with mercy, while offering comfort and patience to his loved ones.
In response, Zawiteyi and his family conveyed their deep gratitude and appreciation to President Barzani for his compassionate gesture and support during their time of mourning.
Earlier in the day, Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani also extended his condolences to Kurdistan24 General Manager Ahmed Zawiteyi following the passing of his father, Hussein Zawiteyi. In a telephone call, the Prime Minister expressed his sympathy and prayed that God Almighty grant the deceased eternal rest while bestowing patience and solace upon his family. On behalf of his family, Zawiteyi expressed sincere gratitude to Prime Minister Barzani for his compassionate gesture and heartfelt support during their time of loss.
