Three arrested in connection with Langa Bazaar fire

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – Erbil police have apprehended three individuals suspected of involvement in the recent blaze that engulfed the Langa bazaar. The suspects are currently under investigation, according to a source within the General Directorate of Asayish.
The arrests follow the fire that erupted in three streets of the Langa bazaar on April 8, 2024, marking the third such incident in recent years. Approximately 50 shops were consumed by the flames during the most recent outbreak.
