Prime Minister Masrour Barzani is very proud of the younger generation in Kurdistan Region and underscored his consistent support to them.
ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – At such event that immersing itself in the technology world of the 21st century, the HITEX 2024 Exposition glowed and made all the attendees overwhelmed by the atmosphere and the whole content of the expo.
The Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region’s Government, Masrour Barzani at the HITEX Expo 2024, sent out a very emboldened and overwhelming message to the whole nation in Kurdistan Region, and particularly to the younger generation participated in the HITEX Expo 2024.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, during my visit to this exhibition this morning, I was filled with immense pride as I witnessed the remarkable technological achievements of our youth. They have established and invented numerous companies and programs, showcasing their ingenuity and creativity. In conversations with several of them, I was heartened to learn that some of the digital services they have created have applications not only within Kurdistan but also throughout the region and beyond. This digital system they have developed fosters direct and enhanced communication, serving as an additional avenue to introduce Kurdistan to the world” the Premier concluded at the expo “in closing, I would like to reiterate my gratitude to the organizers of this exhibition and to all the participating companies. I wish you continued success and safety, and may our Kurdistan always remain prosperous. Thank you once again, and I wish you all the best in your endeavors”

The Premier highly valued the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) which reached the advanced technology phase.
The Prime Minister pridefully stated “Kurds have founded and invented many of their own companies as well as created many of these programs themselves.”
While visiting sections and departments in the exposition, he reaffirmed his support for the youth of the Kurdistan Region. Also, gave compliments to all the young people who volunteered at the fifth HITEX Expo 2024.
With the Premier’s support through various strategic projects, it created job opportunities for youth and to develop their skills.
The Prime Minister, Masrour Barzani opened the fifth Erbil International Technology Exhibition and Conference (HITEX 2024) which sponsored by Kurdistan24, lasts for four days.
HITEX 2024 is the tenth largest exhibition and conference in the Middle East and the first in Iraq. It takes place annually, with the presence of all participating companies, senior officials of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Iraqi Federal Government and Consuls from different countries.
"This year, more than 150 companies from 21 countries will participate in the exhibition. We expect more than 50,000 visitors to our exhibition," Farhang Bradosti, the Expo's Supervisor stated to Kurdistan24, “HITEX Expo 2024 is a new way for businesses to grow by showcasing their latest products and services and the latest technological innovations in the world. At HITEX Expo 2024, hundreds of local and international technology companies are welcomed to showcase their latest innovations.”
