Notification from My Account team regarding cash withdrawal charges
“If you are a customer of a certain bank, have got an account with it, and you have been issued their bank card, for the purpose withdrawing money for free, you need to go a cash machine ATM that belongs to your bank” My Account team clarified
ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – My Account team announced a notice on Monday, regarding money withdrawal from the cash machines (ATM)s that are on the streets and roads, thus the customers make sure they get the correct information from the genuine source.
“The Iraqi Central Bank, referred to a charge rate of %0.4 per a withdrawal from a cash machine that doesn’t belong to its designated bank, the minimum charge is 1000 Iraqi dinars” My Account team stated in the notice
“If you are a customer of a certain bank, have got an account with it, and you have been issued their bank card, for the purpose withdrawing money for free, you need to go a cash machine ATM that belongs to your bank” The team added.
The following information is confirmed by My Account team:
-1000 Iraqi Dinars is charged for withdrawing 100000 ID.
In fact, it should have been 400 ID, but the minimum charge is 1000 ID, so you will get charged 1000 dinars.
-1000 dinars is charged for withdrawing 200000 dinars
It should have been 800, but the initial minimum charge is 1000 dinars.
-1200 dinars charges for withdrawing 300000 dinars.
-1600 dinars charges for withdrawing 400000 dinars.
If a customer withdraws 500000 dinars, then the charge is only 2000 dinars.
The team restated “to facilitate customers’ needs, the charge is set to minimum 1000 and maximum 2000 dinars, and please bear in mind, that is to keep our customers aware of withdrawal charges”
