ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – The fifth Middle East Peace and Security (MEPS) forum, hosted by the American University of Kurdistan (AUK) in Duhok, concluded with a resounding success, attracting global attention and over 8 million viewers through Kurdistan24's platforms.

The two-day forum, sponsored by Kurdistan24 Media, brought together 124 renowned academics and experts from 40 countries to discuss pressing issues in the Middle East and around the world. The event featured insightful panels and workshops addressing regional and global challenges.

Masrour Barzani, Chairman of AUK’s Board of Trustees and Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, delivered a welcoming speech, setting the tone for the discussions. President Masoud Barzani later addressed the forum, offering an in-depth analysis of the situation in the Middle East, the Kurdistan Region, and Iraq.
