ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – Three powerful explosions rocked the Taji military base north of Baghdad late Tuesday, according to a Kurdistan24’s correspondent, Dilan Barzan, reporting from the Iraqi capital.
He added, “According to available information, drones targeted the military radar at Taji military base.”

The nature and cause of the explosions remain unclear at this time, and there has been no immediate confirmation regarding casualties or the extent of the damage.
Security forces have reportedly sealed off the area as emergency crews respond to the incident.
Lieutenant General Walid Al-Tamimi, Commander of Baghdad Operations, confirmed that an unidentified drone targeted a site at the Taji Camp, north of Baghdad.
Al-Tamimi told the Iraqi News Agency, "An unidentified drone targeted one of the sites at Taji Camp, and there were no human casualties."
