Speaking to Kurdistan24 correspondent Chakdar Jamal, Duhok Director General of Health Dr. Afrasiab Musa described the congress as a collaborative effort involving the Directorate General of Health, the College of Medicine, professional syndicates representing physicians and healthcare workers, and local academic institutions.

Dr. Musa said the congress was designed to connect healthcare professionals and students with the latest scientific and technological developments in medicine, creating opportunities for dialogue between academia and frontline practitioners.
