Minister of Interior Rebar Ahmed met with Herbert Reul

Strengthening the security-related relations was an important part in the meeting, to improve the cooperations and coordination between the two regions, as well as to collaborate to prevent any preplanned crimes.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – In the series of the official visits that Minister of Interior at the North Rhine–Westphalia Rebar Ahmed has done successfully so far in Germany, he met with the Minister of Interior of the North Rhine–Westphalia Herbert Reul on August 6th, 2024.

The Kurdistan Regional Government’s Minister Ahmad expressed his gratitude to German people and their government, especially North Rhine-Westphalia Region in Germany.

The Minister Ahmed highlighted in the meeting all humanitarian assistance to the displaced people and refugees in Kurdistan Region. He called for a constant support until the refugees return, unforcefully, to their homes voluntarily and honorably.
