In an enquiry by Kurdistan 24, Mohammed pointed out that 11000 workers, in the last 6 months, were served the exit seal, they returned to the country they came from because their 1-year residence was overdue and sponsors couldn’t meet the 75% job availability for the domestic range.

He stated “The system is coherent and central, if a company -as foreign work force- sponsor didn’t meet the criteria, especially providing jobs to 75% to domestic labor, the workers have been returned to their own country. So, 11000 workers have been replaced by local labors.”
