British Consulate General in Erbil congratulates Areen Barzani
The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, often simply known as Sandhurst, was established in 1812. It has a long and distinguished history of training officers for the British Army and other international forces.
ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – The Consulate General of the United Kingdom in the Kurdistan Region on Sunday in a post on X congratulated Areen Barzani on his graduation from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
“Congratulations to the Officer Cadets of Commissioning Course 233 who graduated from the @RMASandhurst on 9 August. Newly commissioned cadets include Areen Barzani who along with the rest of the intake completed a year of demanding leadership, academic & tactical military training,” the post said.
