PM Masrour Barzani, British Ambassador discuss elections, KRG-Federal relations

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masrour Barzani met with British Ambassador to Iraq Stephen Hitchen on Tuesday to discuss key regional issues, including upcoming elections and relations between the Kurdistan Region and the federal government.

The meeting, attended by Andrew Bizley, British Consul General in the Kurdistan Region, emphasized the importance of ensuring that elections are held peacefully, fairly, and free from fraud and violations.
