Iran Rejects White House Talks, Vows to Respond to Threats as Nuclear Conflict Escalates
He emphasized that Tehran would not accept negotiations or peace under pressure. “We will respond to any threat with a threat," he asserted.

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Iran's envoy to the UN Security Council, Amir-Saeid Iravani, stated on Wednesday that none of his officials had requested him to negotiate at the White House regarding Tehran's nuclear program.
He emphasized that Tehran would not accept negotiations or peace under pressure. “We will respond to any threat with a threat," he asserted.
On June 13, more than 200 warplanes targeted military and nuclear sites across Tehran and other Iranian cities. Iranian media sources said the attacks killed several high-ranking military commanders and atomic scientists, with Israel allegedly focusing on disrupting key infrastructure, including state media facilities.
In response, Iran launched hundreds of missiles at Israeli targets on Sunday, signaling a significant escalation in its retaliation campaign and setting the stage for a potentially broader conflict.
