Kurdish Designer Lara Dizeyee to Showcase ‘Milan Enchanted’ Collection at Milan Fashion Week

Speaking to Kurdistan24, Dizeyee announced she will debut her new line titled "Milan Enchanted", a collection of 30 original pieces that blend vibrant colors, modern aesthetics, and cultural motifs.

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Milan Fashion Week, one of the world’s most prestigious fashion events, will take place from Sept. 23 to 29 this year, drawing top international designers and brands. Among them is rising Kurdish fashion designer Lara Dizeyee, who will present her latest collection on Sept. 27.

Speaking to Kurdistan24, Dizeyee announced she will debut her new line titled "Milan Enchanted", a collection of 30 original pieces that blend vibrant colors, modern aesthetics, and cultural motifs.

“I’m very excited about this show,” she said. “I had my first international showcase in Paris two years ago, and I’m thrilled that my second major show is in Milan—the capital of fashion.”

Dizeyee explained that she has been developing the collection since November of the previous year. “I’ve spent the last eight months preparing these designs. Each piece is unique, combining tradition and contemporary style in a way that brings new visual harmony to the runway.”

Her participation in Milan Fashion Week marks a significant step forward for Kurdish representation in global fashion and reflects the growing international recognition of designers from the region.

Milan Fashion Week will feature numerous renowned fashion houses and designers, with a strong focus this year on innovation, cultural diversity, and sustainable fashion.
