Fierce fire broke out into spring water supply factory in Sulaimani
According to the sources, the factory is in an Industrial zone, near the market center in Sulaimani city which is known for being a busy location.
ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – A fire broke out into a still and spring water supply factory in Sulaimani city, on Monday late afternoon. The fire brigade team try to control the fire to prevcent6 it from spreading out to a larger area.
According to the sources, the factory is in an Industrial zone, near the market center in Sulaimani city which is known for being a busy location.
There are car showrooms as well as hundreds of companies, in the area of that incident occurred. Kurdistan 24’s correspondent stated “a fire broke out in a still and spring water supply factory, in an area where there is a large number of factories”
Based upon the preliminary information, the fire was caused by an electrical short circuit, no casualties have been reported.
However, a significant damage caused by this fire to the stores and related sections to the factory.
Kurdistan 24 attended the incident scene and following up the details, as it’s been reported that factory is divided into two parts, “the fire spread out rapidly, the fire brigade teams have been trying to control the fire” The Spokesperson of the Sulaimani Defense stated “investigating the cause of the fire has started”
A witnessed disclosed to Kurdistan 24 “abruptly, the fire spread out, all the items in the factory are plastic, by the time of the fire flame occurred, the workers had finished and left the workplace”
