Kurdistan 24 is in Syria's state tv, radio station

Kurdistan 24 correspondent, Anwar Abdulatif entered the station building on Monday, December 9th, 2024, it is said the station will operate next few days and will be back live, but this time under the opposition's control.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – Kurdistan 24, the first Kurdish media establishment has been to the official state television and radio channel in Damascus in Syria, on Monday, December 9th, 2024. 

The tv and radio station served the Bashar al-Assad regime policies, the rebel opposition entered the station on Sunday, December 8th, 2024, announcing that Bashar al-Assad and his regime were ousted.

A makeup artist for the channel's presenters, who was at the station at the time, told Kurdistan 24 “we will resume broadcasting soon"
