ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed on Wednesday that it used hypersonic Fattah-1 missiles in the most recent wave of attacks against Israel, as the confrontation between the two adversaries entered its sixth day.

In an official statement broadcast on Iranian state television, the IRGC announced the execution of the “eleventh wave of Operation True Promise 3,” declaring that Iranian forces now maintain “complete control over the airspace of the occupied territories.”

Iran Declares Message of Strength Sent to Israel and Its Allies

The IRGC emphasized that the deployment of the high-velocity Fattah missiles was intended to deliver a message of deterrent power to Tel Aviv and its Western allies. The statement asserted that “the hypersonic missiles delivered a clear message of Iran’s capability to the war-inciting allies of Israel.”

Iran’s semi-official Tasnim News Agency reported that the latest missile assault demonstrated Tehran’s unchallenged control over Israeli airspace, asserting that civilians in the targeted areas were now “completely exposed to Iranian missile strikes.”

Meanwhile, Israeli media reported that the cost of maintaining Israel’s air defense system has surged to approximately $285 million per day in light of the sustained missile and drone barrages from Iran.
