Request of permanent contract employment to send out to Ministry of Finance, Economy

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – Upon a request from the Council of Ministers to the Ministry of Finance and Economy in Kurdistan Region made regarding the permanent-contracts-based employment, on Tuesday. 

The office of the Council of Ministers recommended to process the legal requirements to the permanent-employment contracts.  

Furthermore, regarding any terms and conditions, criteria and legal procedures in the applications to apply to all the applicants in all the ministries and other governmental agencies.

On Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024, Amanj Rahim, the office Administrator in the Council of Ministers at the Kurdistan Region Government, sent an official letter to the Ministry of Finance and Economy and the General Council regarding the assets and permanent employment contract.

The letter, which was issued according to the Article No. (246) by the Council of Ministers on September 25th, 2024, requesting the Ministry of Finance and Economy and the General Council of Assets “to do the necessary work to apply the terms and conditions and requirements to all applications”

It also added “as well as to include the permanent contract-based employment applicants, and that is in all the ministries and non-relevant departments to the ministries according to the procedures that have been conferred in the articles of the decision made by the Council of Ministers”
