ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan24) - Kurdistan24 reporter Honar Ahmad visits the city of Tikrit in Salahaddin Province in Iraq, after the city was liberated from the Islamic State (IS) in the begining of March 2016 by the Iraqi army and Shia militia Hashd al-Shaabi.
